Thank you for choosing my natural hair and beauty services. I take pride in providing high-quality care, professionalism, and results tailored to your unique hair needs. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly assess the concern and offer a complimentary adjustment or correction where appropriate.
2. No Refunds on Completed Services
Due to the time, products, and expertise involved, all services are non-refundable once completed. However, I am committed to working with you to ensure you leave satisfied.
3. Deposits
All booking deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No-shows will not be eligible for deposit transfers and may require full payment before booking future appointments.
5. Hair Care Responsibility
Results may vary depending on your hair condition and aftercare. I provide guidance on maintaining your style, and we are not responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
6. Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities before your service. The salon and I, your stylist, are not liable for reactions if this information is not disclosed in advance.
7. Retail Products
All product sales are final. Exchanges may be considered within 7 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
